A show with dJ improper promises to blend brand new and perfectly aged into an unforgettable experience perfect for ages -3/4 and up. You can expect a blissful night of mind-bending mashups with rich electronic textures and influences from 8-bit to Zydeco.

While music is dJ improper's passion, he is also an avid contra dancer. He has contra danced for his entire life and is the current resident DJ for the Folklore Society of Greater Washington's "Contra Sonic" event, which features traditional American folk dancing to electronic dance music.
